With 11 years’ experience in the hair industry, Kristin brings to Theory her passion for working with colour. She loves working with warmer tones and natural-looking hair, like balayage styles.
Kristin has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, is a cat mama, and lives for good food and good music.

Originally from Montreal, our Service Manager Lauren is a Red Seal certified stylist who can be found on the field, playing soccer, when she’s not in the salon.
Her start in the beauty industry began at 16 when she completed her apprenticeship in high school. She continued on to graduate from Delmar College of Hair Design and is committed to giving you the experience you deserve.

Anna’s world revolves around her two boys when clients are not revolving in her chair. Anna is Red Seal certified with a certificate in cosmetology and enjoys the challenge of creating the perfect blonde.
When she’s not swinging around the salon, Anna is swinging along to her sweet country music.

Ashleigh is our Lethbridge Theory girl who brings to the team 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Ashleigh is Red Seal certified and shares with us her expertise in colour theory & practical cutting.
Ashleigh enjoys collaborating with clients to create their perfect look to make them feel their absolute best.

Our lovely Latvian cat-loving Retail Manager is most passionate about the people that create the Theory community - our clients and the team, whom she calls her second family. She’s likely the voice on the other end of the phone with a warm greeting. If you have any questions or concerns regarding booking, ordering products, or literally anything, Elina is your girl! She is committed to helping you receive the care you need.
Feeling blue? Elina will turn your frown upside-down with a Latvian potato joke. She may or may not be a massive fan of Marilyn Manson… find out for yourself how many times she has met Mr. Manson IRL!
Originally from Vancouver, Thelma may be 4’11” but she packs huge punches in strength & personality.
Thelma graduated from the Richmond School of Hairdressing and has been inspiring confidence in hair for 20 years. A former fitness competitor, her passion for fitness & nutrition taught her that if you want it, you gotta work for it.

Tansi from Leah!
That’s Cree for Hello! Leah’s passion for hair started in high school. She’s now a licensed stylist with 8 years of experience.
Leah’s creativity has earned her 2 gold medal awards in just three years of competing in Skills Canada. She’s also a certified makeup artist!
Children’s cuts, especially those with special needs or sensory issues, are Leah’s specialty. She also has a lot of fun with bob cuts, pixie cuts, balayages, and vivid colours.
Leah’s Indigenous background taught her the importance of our hair. Leah says says “helping others is just a feather in my bonnet!”

From Barbie dolls to curtain tassel ponytails, this England born lady is finally behind the chair working magic with her scissors and foils.
She worked her way through all the hair credits at Centennial and Joanne Cardinal Schubert High School and completed her credits at the Career and Technology Centre as a result of school closures from the pandemic.
Katie is all about creating human connections, sharing warm conversations, and bringing confidence out of her clients after a relaxing day at the salon. Join her in her quest to becoming the go-to blonde expert in Calgary.

Justice started with our team in 2021 as an assistant, while she was finishing hair school. After graduation, she transitioned into an apprentice position, where she showed a natural talent for all things hair. She is now fully licensed & ready to meet you! If you sit in Justice’s chair, you can be assured she will take the time to ensure perfection!
When she’s not cuddling every animal she comes across , she & her boyfriend love exploring nature. But, aside from hair, Justice’s biggest passion is cars. If you are a need of a haircut & some advice on vehicles, Justice is your girl!!

When she’s not creating magic behind the chair, Gina is our resident world traveler! Her love for adventure has taken her all over the planet, but she’s happiest when she’s back in her home town of Calgary.
This talented stylist has been perfecting her craft over the last 15 years. She has extensive training in curly & textured hair service, but loves it all! From precision cutting to undone updos to the ever popular balayage hilite, Gina works with each client to create something special for just for them!
We are so happy that Gina made the big move back from Vancouver to rejoin her Theory family here in Calgary! Her laughter & joy is infectious, so we hope you’ll stop by to meet her, so she can brighten your day too!

Meg is not only bringing 20 years of experince with her, but a wicked sense of humor & an overall love of life! She starts every day with a workout & ends her days with her practice in meditation. Her goal is always to bring good energy to anyone she crosses paths with!
While she loves every aspect of the hair industry, her specialty is creating beautiful, natural looking colors. If you’re wanting babylites or a soft balayage, Meg is your girl!

Anya is enjoying her new life in Canada after making the huge move from Ukraine!
Being an adventurous family, Anya & her husband, as well as their two beautiful sons, have travelled & lived all over the world, including the US, United Arab Emirates & of course, may parts of Europe. And now, they have chosen Calgary as their home! Lucky us!
Anya is bringing a wealth of knowledge to our salon. She found her love of hair through her own personal hair experiments. She’s never one to shy away from a big change!

Orignally from Ethiopa, Solome & her family happily call Calgary home! This talented hairstylist loves all things beauty related & thrives on helping everyone who sits in her chair to look & feel their very best!
When she’s not working her magic behind the chair, Solome can be found globe-trotting with her husband & 2 beautiful daughters. She also has a love of education & continues to take courses that range from marketing to permanent make-up.

Our girl Erin has been perfecting her craft in the hair industry for 16 years. Originally from the East Coast, this maritimer & her husband, Aaron…we love that they’re :Erin & Aaron”….are the proud parents to their beautiful boy, Gage & their gentle, giant fur-baby, Harley. Life outside the salon is all about golf & camping…you’ll find her and the family at Sylvan Lake whenever the weather allows!
Erin is passionate about her career. Her greatest joy is making her clients feel beautiful both inside & out. Her specialty is blondes & balayage, but is ready to take on whatever comes her way!
